Fr. Steven was ordained a priest of the Orthodox Church in 1985, and he is currently the rector of St. Irene of Chrysovalantou Church in Rochester Hills, Michigan. He has many recorded talks available at spreaker.com, including the popular “Orthodox Survival Course,” and he has authored scores of short essays on the daily Gospel readings in the Orthodox calendar, which you can read at orthodoxtruth.org. He is also the editor of the beloved *Children’s Orthodox Prayer Book* published by All Saints of Russia Church in Denver, Colorado. A father of both married and monastic children, and a happy grandfather, Fr. Steven’s main pastoral concern is giving Orthodox families tools and encouragement to survive spiritually in the 21st century.
