J.R. Clark, Ph.D., holds the Probasco Chair at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is a Vice President of the John Templeton Foundation. He has published extensively in the areas of economics, entrepreneurship, public finance, regulation, and education. He is Secretary/Treasurer of both the Southern Economic Association and The Association of Private Enterprise Education and a Vice President of The Mont Pelerin Society.
