Katherine was born in Honolulu Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Her military family landed her in Norfolk, Virginia where she now calls home. Her love for reading started in grade school after her mother gave her money for her elementary book fair at Ocean View Elementary. Since purchasing her first book, “Where the sidewalk ends,” her love for reading grew. Throughout Katherine’s life, she expanded her bookshelf from nursery rhymes to urban street lit, then finally settling on her favorite genre, paranormal romances; falling in love with her all-time favorite series, The Black Dagger Brotherhood Series by J.R.Ward. It wasn’t until Katherine became pregnant with her son, Jeremiah, that she discovered her own story. She wrote through her entire pregnancy, and thus the Knights were born
