Kikelomo is an ordained minister in the Redeemed Christian Church in London. She also runs a women’s group known as Women Encouraging Women Fellowship based in Essex. In addition to these, she also has a blog for women known as Daughter of Encouragement which mainly encourages women in their daily walk with God. Kikelomo is married to Gbenga Adebiyi an ordained pastor and they are blessed with three daughters: Iyanuoluwa, Oyinoluwa and Ayanfeoluwa.
