Ras Iadonis Tafari is a teacher/ tutor of Amharic, Ethiopian Metaphysics, Human Rights activist, author, poet, playwright, workshop lecturer, minister of Education and Fine Arts, freelance computer graphic designer and coordinator of global Rastafari ministerial activities. His organizations include: Lion of Judah Mission Inc., the Ark of Maryam Church and the Sisterhood Educational Learning and Advancement Ministry. His upcoming book “the Virgin Prayers: 3 prayers of Maryam” translated by him from the Ethiopic and Amharic languages will be published in Fall 1999. Am-Hara Cultural Productions was recently established in Winter 1998 to help advance and coordinate an Ethiopian Cultural Renaissance and Inter-Diaspora cultural exchange.
