Noel is currently an editorial cartoonist for Church Times and several other national UK publications. He was a regular contributor to Punch for 16 years and and also admits to being an editorial cartoonist for the Daily Star for 14 years. He is Chairman of The Cartoonists’ Club Of Great Britain, the UK’s largest and oldest organisation for professional cartoonist and is also a founder member of the Professional Cartoonists’ Organisation and a long-time member of the British Cartoonists’ Association.
