Marie was born in Modesto, California September of 1981 and raised in Vancouver, Washington. She graduated from Prairie High School in Brush Prairie, Washington in June of 2000 and Everest College (formerly Western Business College) in Vancouver, Washington in January of 2006. She was raised by her maternal grandparents and has four half sisters and three half brothers. She also loves country music, 80s hair bands, and Aerosmith. Marie also enjoys the works of Laurell K. Hamilton (whom she had the pleasure of meeting November of 2007), Kay Hooper, Iris Johansen, and James Patterson. She loves horror, comedy, suspense, action, and romantic movies. Marie also enjoys watching The Simpsons, Lost and Dancing with the Stars. Marie married in the fall of 2010 and they reside in Vancouver, Washington with Marie's family.
