I have been a writer since I could hold a pen. There has always been something special about a pen, as an extension of the mind, scribbling imagination to make it come to life. I have worked on the idea of the world of Sho'Shicka since 1996, featured in my novel "The Sand in the Rain," and I am happy to finally tell a story in that world. This is the first of five planned books in the series. There are already ideas for more series that will connect to each other in some way.
