Adam Grohman is the co-founder of the Underwater Historical Research Society (UHRS) and the author of over a dozen books that have explored various aspects of maritime history. His in-depth research has provided insight into hundreds of shipwrecks, Civil War-era sub-marine technology, early diving equipment of the U.S. Navy’s U.D.T. and S.E.A.L. teams, Theodore Roosevelt’s historic submarine ride and lifelong support of the U.S. Navy, and maritime terrorism.
