Jess Phillips is a Columbus native who enjoys working full-time for MAXIMUS Federal Services, & happily writes in her spare time. She loves fantasy media & eating sushi. She has an imaginary puppy named Spunky, an imaginary kitten named Snuggles, (which is preferable as she is allergic to cats) & their imaginary friend, a baby lamb, Commodore Lambington. Jess is inspired by such authors as C.S. Lewis, Tim Keller, Oscar Wilde, J.R.R. Tolkien, Jim Butcher, & Jane Austen. She has two hilarious younger sisters, & a loving mother and father who raised her with old-fashioned values she still holds to today. Jess has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University & considers herself an Independent. She loves spending time with family and friends, is an active member of ANCF Church, & has been married to an incredible man for 12 years, her husband Steve Phillips. She does floral arrangements for fun and adores X-men & feeding the birds in the forest behind her house.
