Barbara Nessim's work has been shown in prominent museums, galleries and private collections worldwide. Her images have appeared on the covers of magazines such as Time, Rolling Stone, New York Times Magazine and in Newsweek, New York and numerous other publications. In 1980, she embraced the use of the computer, revolutionary at the time. Barbara has taught at SVA, Pratt and Parsons The New School for Design, where she served as Chair of Illustration. Today her focus is on large-scale projects for public and private spaces.
