Ian Beardsley has put forward a theory for inertia that predicts the proton, electron, and neutron. The theory is based on a one-second invariant, or 2pi Hz resonance that he has found on the scale of the Solar System, as well. Merging his theory with the David Blackwell’s ODIM-U informational metric they have put forward a solution to the Alcubierre machine that does not require exotic matters; a solution for warp drive, that is, that does not require exotic matters. The 2pi resonance seems to provide a solution for powering the ship with zero point energy, a solid state gravitational floor (gravity without rotational centripetal force), and hyper-relay, the ability to communicate across the galaxy instantaneously.
