A lifelong writer and reader, Betsy was the CEO of a corporate communications business for 14 years. Since leaving that role, she has concentrated on environmental writing and study, becoming a Master Gardener in 2000 and authoring a garden column for eight years before deciding to write her own stories. Riding with the Wind is the first of three books she has written, all with environmental themes.
