Brenda is a veterinary practice manager, consultant and writer. She achieved her CVPM (certified veterinary practice manager) in 2004 and her CVJ (certified veterinary journalist) in 2010. She is a partner and veterinary management consultant at Halow Tassava Consulting. Brenda is an active member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) and the American Society of Veterinary Journalists (ASVJ). She currently serves on the CVPM Board of Directors, and volunteers on the Technology and Innovation Committee. When she's not traveling and attending art retreats, you can find her in her home studio where she enjoys working with encaustic and collage mediums.
