Bonnie Singman, born and raised in Berkeley, California, graduated Vassar College with a degree in Comparative Religion in 2001. She has self-published two poetry chapbooks: Lay Bare & Heart of Many: Poems from Travels in India (2004) and Girl Aggregate (2006) (which is also available for purchase and download on Lulu.com). She is a performing poet and has performed her poetry for hundreds of people at the KPFA Radio Free Speech stage at the Shoreline Theater in CA, and has been featured at poetry open mics in San Francisco, CA and Woodstock, NY.
