Sara Nimori is a 19-year-old small business entrepreneur, and Stoa alumnus. As a competitor, she was the 2011 National Champion in Original Oratory at NITOC and regional champion twice consecutively in Persuasive in 2012. One of her most exciting experiences from speech and debate was going suit shopping for her tournament wardrobe. She strove to be over-prepared for tournaments, even bringing extra suits and pre-coordinated outfits. Sara partly attributes the satisfaction of presenting in a good outfit to becoming a more confident speaker. When she isn’t working as a costume designer, she is designing her next fashion line of modest clothing, and coaching speech at her beloved club, Paradigm.
