About C.A. David

I am a self published author from the Midwest United States. I have two books available currently. The first is my novel titled "Out of the Rags" while the second is a childrens book titled "The Adventures of Oswaldo the Dragon".

The novel is set in my hometown of Des Moines, Iowa. What better place to tell the story of a homeless man. The book was conceived and written out of personal experience. I immensely enjoyed writing it and I hope you enjoy reading it.

Illustrating the childrens book was also a very interesting experience. All the artwork was pencil drawn and then colored by my two children because I am colorblind. We had a blast doing it. The story itself comes from a friend who's son has such a vivid imagination he created a little green and red spotted dragon named Oswaldo. And from there the story of Oswaldo was born.
