The book is composed of poems, personal anecdotes, quotations, short essays, lists, footnotes, and visual references. The order of the text is so to help draw connections and through-lines, which result in a distinct feeling of the piece as a whole (or hole). Though there are multiple streams continuously running through my work, ultimately, it comes down to a single struggle: The struggle to keep the loop open between what we know and what we search to know, between fantasy and reality, the ground and everything beyond.
