On my exciting and soulful journey I have discovered many things about myself and others. I have also been introduced to a new element of connection that defies what distance and time can typically fade. I have always believed that we have individual experiences that shape us as a person. I believe they are used to teach us something about ourselves or life in general. People enter and exit our lives at various stages for a reason, some leaving a stronger footprint than others. Life is a roller coaster of experiences, emotions and personal connections. It is the life lessons, the freedom to love and the sensation of heart that makes it exciting and worthwhile. You never know who will cross your path, what you will learn, or the gifts that are left for you along the way.
