CHARLES S. SHEPHERD was born and raised in Northern California where he graduated from San Jose State University receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in multimedia studies in 1995. He is also the producer of the educational CD-ROM, The Oakland Zoo, which takes its viewers on a virtual tour of the zoo. He also has worked as an Associate Producer, where he has worked on in-store demos, websites, 3D animations and sales CD-ROM's. He continues to write and work on assorted multimedia projects.
