About Winston Pepito
Winston Pepito was born into a poor childhood in Crossing-Uson, Masbate. The eldest son of a family of 8, Winston went through days full of hard labor and nights empty of food. However through these hardships, Winston gained a strong body, an eager mind and a heart that would never give up.
His meteoric rise from being penniless to managing his own company while studying in college is a testament that for a life with a purpose, there are possibilities and prosperity.
A pioneer in Cebu's business-process outsourcing industry, Winston is presently the co-owner and chief information officer of Phil-am Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. a company that specializes in providing staff and services for startups and enterprises. He lives in Cebu, with his wife Cathy and their three children.
