About Danny Poo

Danny Poo received his degrees (BSc., MSc., and PhD) in Computation from the University of Manchester, England. He is an active member in the Software Engineering community and has been involved in large-scale, enterprise-wide projects using Java. He currently teaches “Requirements Analysis and Design” and “Enterprise JavaBeans” at the National University of Singapore. He is the author of five other books: “Developing Systems Using J2EE”, Prentice-Hall, 2005; “Learn To Program Java” 4e, Cengage-Learning, 2009; “Learn To Program Java User Interface”, Thomson-Learning, 2006; “Object-Oriented Programming and Java” 2e, Springer-Verlag, 2007; and “Learn To Program Enterprise JavaBeans” 3e, Cengage-Learning, 2009.
