Dr. Bouffard holds an LL.B. from LaSalle University, a Masters and Psy.D. from Neotarian College of Psychology. And has applied thirty years to psychological counseling. In 1999, he earned a Ph.D. (a candidacy shelved for twenty years due to time restraints) in secular and theological history.
