About Dr. James Charles Bouffard

Dr. Bouffard holds an LL.B. from LaSalle University, a Masters and Psy.D. from Neotarian College of Psychology. And has applied thirty years to psychological counseling.

In 1999, he earned a Ph.D. (a candidacy shelved for twenty years due to time restraints) in secular and theological history.

Currently, he devotes much of his time to writing historical nonfiction and general informational works, and is the owner/operator of Doc Jim's Help Page! - Fighting against schemes and scams and for humanitarian causes.
