Melissa Doffing and Susan Koefod live and write near the Twin Cities in Minnesota. They were drawn together for this anthology by a hunger for good writing and crêpes. Doffing enjoys reading and writing in a variety of genres and is currently trying her hand at fiction. Koefod works during the day as a business writer and moonlights as a poet and novelist. Their favorite crêpes are crêpe sucré and the Russian blini with caviar.
