Ema Skooh has been writing for many years. This is the first in a series of cornmeal cookbooks she will publish. Ema Skooh is also an educator and writes short stories for children. She grew up in Mississippi but is currently a resident of Arizona. She is also a devoted mother and grandmother. She loves writing and reading and bringing laughter and joy to others.
