Life covers many journeys. I came to Feng Shui from a background of farming, horticulture and that of a nursery man and landscaper. So basically I interpreted the readings to suit my personality, willingness to change and usefulness in my work. Feng Shui led me into a new world of Yin and Yang, Chi Energy and Harmony. I found myself becoming retrained to that of an observer and student of nature and treating the garden environment as a place of connectiveness and spiritual salvation. As a new decade opens its doorway, I feel many of us are going to turn away from leading traditional lives and seek more personalised and spiritual horizons. We’ll become more sustainable and conscious of impacts on our surroundings and look to maintaining our health and well being more closely. I feel the garden offers great promise to practice some of those changes especially if you have the willingness to change.
