Hi and welcome to my Spotlight page. My name is Margaret Muir and I live on the beautiful island of Tasmania, just south of mainland Australia. I love to travel and sail on tall ships, and I try to weave some of the remarkable places I have visited, and interesting things I have seen, into my stories. November 2012 saw publication of my sixth novel. THE TAINTED PRIZE was my second nautical fiction adventure and a sequel to FLOATING GOLD - an age of sail story set during the Napoleonic wars. 2013 - Apart from writing another sequel in the Oliver Quintrell Series, I have recently published a short boys' book which contains a couple of historically set adventures, plus a personal poetry collection.
