Carolyn R Scheidies knows, first hand, God's amazing grace. Using her own experiences as well as knowledge gained through a lifetime of growing through adventure and adversity, Scheidies shares how, despite everything, we can embrace life through hope.

A writer with a B.S. degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK), Scheidies' published credits include over two-dozen books and a regular newspaper column. She's written for a variety of book collections and has sold many types of material--skits, plays, games, greeting cards, articles, short stories and more--to a variety of newspapers and magazines.

She has directed women's retreats and presented workshops at writers' conferences, speaks to different groups on a variety of topics, and has regularly guest lectured at UNK.

She has been interviewed on NTV, KHAS and AFR radio as well as in numerous print and online publications. She did a 4-part segment on writing for NTV and has had a re
