Audrey Ignatoff is the president of Senior Arts and Systems, a consulting company concerned about health care, aging, and the disabled. She is the former Coordinator of a New York State Subcommitte to Prevent Drug Misuse in the Elderly. In this capacity, she has developed a statewide program to educate health care professionals, patients, seniors, and caregivers about using medication wisely. She has provided seminars for unions, busienesses, hospitals, nursing homes, home health care organizations, social service agencies, and consumer groups on preventing medication problems, and a variety of health care issues. In addition, she has published many articles and several book on the topics of health care reform and disabled rights.
