Jim Yackel is an author, columnist, blogger, video blogger, and Christian-Rock singer/songwriter/recording artist. In June 2010, Yackel released the Christian/End Times Fiction book titled "The Wayfarers: Five Feet From The Cabin Door." In April of 2011 the prequel to Five Feet, titled "The Wayfarers | Walking Dreams" reached the marketplace. Walking Dreams is the beginning of the Wayfarers story, ergo the author suggests that it should be the first read by those who are new to the trilogy. "Jacob's Trouble" is the exciting finale of the trilogy and was released on December 1st, 2011. Jim hopes to record a music soundtrack of pop/rock songs he has written to accompany The Wayfarers trilogy. On his website "Walk the Towpath", Mr. Yackel writes Wayfarers blogs, Christian inspirational pieces, and current events items that relate to Biblical prophecy and our culture today. For his YouTube channel, he has created the satirical character called "Uncle Earl", who is his antagonist.
