James L. Capra has spent more than three decades in public service, serving in three military outfits and for over twenty five years as a federal narcotics agent. He is a nationally recognized expert and keynote speaker on leadership and organizational management. Michelle A. Capra is an IT professional for a national healthcare organization. Prior to her returning to the workforce, she dedicated the majority of her time to raising and caring for her six children. She and James have been married for over thirty-four years and reside in Argyle, Texas. This is their third book together.
