Joel Durham Jr is a longtime writer of all things regarding technology, computing, and electronic gaming. Suddenly inspired for no apparent reason, he wrote his first full-length work of fiction, SLIP AWAY, in about a year. It sat abandoned on a hard drive for nearly a decade as Joel pursued his tech writing career, but eventually health concerns prompted him to leave it. Turning back to his novel, Joel rewrote, edited, and perfected it, self-published it, and sold about 30 copies. That's where Lulu comes in. Joel hopes desperately that his book will somehow go viral, but regardless of whether he ever achieves success in fiction, it's become his passion. He's working on several new projects right now. Joel lives in a small town in Upstate New York with his loving family.
