Mr. Dick Frank Tumusiime was born on 18th may 1959; at Kirembe, Katenga,Mitooma District formerly Bushenyi District in western Uganda. A graduate of Commerce B.Com (Management) 1982, he speaks English, French and German fluently. He has had a variety of training in Adult Literacy and Training English to Adults. he has also been Director DIFRA Language Services since 1990. He has written many books which include: Teach Yourself Runyankore-Rukiga, Business Opportunities Around You; Emikisa mu Bye'nfuna, SPELLINGS For English course in tenses. it is a result of the author's many years of teaching experience.
