I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and three children. I played viola for over 30 years before moving here and starting my writing career. Music was always a big part of my life and in its own way led to my love of fantasy and science-fiction. I have always loved to write, carrying notebooks with me everywhere. My favorite authors are the late great Robert Jordon and Terry Brooks. They have inspired me. I enjoy writing fantasy as it allows new worlds, creatures and unknown ideas to be created and shared.
