I’m a former art teacher, carpenter, and graphic artist. My passion for writing works hand in hand with my art. Sometimes the art influences the writing and sometime the other way around. Throughout my life, there has been one constant, my love of a Utopian science fiction viewpoint. The stories told by the science fiction television shows and books of my youth had a substantial impact on me as a child. The stories of a near cataclysmic event narrowly averted by the hero; those types. I write for the fun of creating a story, to see what these characters encounter and how they will, or will not, overcome. But foremost, it’s the sharing of that story. To witness the reaction of others as they experience the same emotions about the story as I did when developing them. I’m married with one child and live in a tranquil countryside home.
