I am a devoted teacher, enjoy working with children and adults of different backgrounds as they learn Spanish without a textbook and without a workbook! My teaching method is musical eclectic, energetic, enjoyable, functional, significant, and spiral. As a child, I was exposed to Hebrew, Latin, and Greek. In school I studied English, and in college, Latin, Quechua, German, Italian, and French. As an adult, I completed my second college degree, MA in Linguistics with a 3.71 average, my third degree, MA in Spanish Cultures and Language with a 4.00 average, and my fourth degree, PhD in Applied Linguistics with a 4.00 average. When taking a Spanish philology course by Dr. Vaquero, I learned the systematic relationship between the letters: p and b, t and d, and k and g It changed my life. I began teaching before the age of nine. As I teacher, I truly believe that I cannot stop being a student, for it is a moral and professional obligation. Guilford Cpunty Plublic Schools hacks my work!
