Born and bred in Banbury, I grew up with a passion for video games, movies and reading. At school I had a real passion for history and storytelling. At the age of 15 I decided I want to be a film director. I studied Media at the North Oxfordshire College and School of Art (now OCVC) and passed with distinction. After that you might say I squandered my opportunites by ending up in Blockbusters. Having tired of this I moved to Sheffield as my best friend was studying up there and it seemed as good a place as any to start. After just over a year I had yet to gain anything from my Sheffield experience, until fate led me onto an online dating site and I met my future wife. Meeting Geri led me to Cardiff, where we moved in together, and after 5 years finally decided to tie the knot! After we'd married, we felt too far away from everyone, and decided to move back to Banbury, to be closer to my Mum. It is in the heart of Oxfordshire that I finally managed to write my first novel!
