About
Quilliam Horace Flint, Hound Dog Poet (Michele L. Krause, typist)

Horace the hound was a reflective dog who at a young age had already seen enough of the difficulties of life to have sobered his view, adding a level of maturity to his poetry from the beginning. He became the elder statesman and Pack Leader, having seen many friends come and go. He composed verse for years, offering his observations & commentary on life from a dog's perspective. I was his typist since he lacked the fine dexterity needed to type and I am proud to have had the privilege to be his person. Horace dedicated his work to helping others who have yet to find their homes & ALL of the sales profits will go to support rescues helping others like Horace & his friends. His most recent collection, THE SPARK DAY POEMS, is being published posthumously for Horace left this life on Spark Day Eve of 2021 after helping to establish the holiday shortly after his arrival in my home. Please consider buying Horace's books. It will make you smile & help other animals to be able to smile too! I thank you - and I know Horace would too.
