If it's an Adventure-Height-related Skill, you can Train upto Level 10, and if it's a Non-Adventure-Height-Related Skill you can only Train it upto Level Five. You only get half of the possible Maximum Benefit for "Non", but that's a Fairly High Level you can have it on. You can always Train One earlier than other Players and Game-Challenges, and go ahead.
