I have been working with meditation, healing and shamanism for many years. I am two spirited and believe that this is a wonderful blessing. I work with both the male and female energies, integrating them in to a greater whole, one which truly transcends gender.

My shamanic work involves elements of journeying, meditation and sacred nudity. I have written extensively about the knowledge and experiences I have brought back from the otherworld. I believe there is hope for the planet and the human species and that collectively our consciousness is evolving towards a new era of peace, connection and understanding.
