The early part of Neil's career was based around media starting in magazine publishing and moving on to events. Neil started working with digital technology in 1996, when he ran the Multimedia 96 Trade Show in London. In 1997 Neil joined internet consultancy Razorfish and became Head of Strategy working with financial services clients such as NatWest, Banca Mediolanum and Egg. After Razorfish Neil went on to set up his own consultancy dedicated to authenticity in business in 2001 and published three books on the subject, one selling over 10,000 copies. Neil has worked with clients such as Microsoft, Shell, Jamie Oliver, NHS, Good Energy and is one of the curriculum "Pillars" at the KaosPilots business school in Denmark.
