Before going on the road as a folk singer, travel was the norm for me. I was born in Africa of Scottish and Yorkshire parents and have lived in Scotland, Australia, England and Ireland. Over the years I've had articles, radio scripts and poetry published but this is my first book. I live in Scotland with my faithful Donegal Irish cat "Hope" who takes great care of me.
