Perry Gamsby, a former soldier, security consultant, bodyguard, salesman and professional self defence instructor is a writer who has lived and worked around the world. ‘Twenty Seven Seventy’ is his second novel and, like ‘The Cool Side Of The Pillow’, is set right in the heart of Western Sydney… Mt Druitt and its satellite suburbs. Perry calls 2770 home where he lives among the eclectic mix of people who make up this very working class of communities and provide him with a plethora of personalities on which he bases his fictional characters.
Perry wrote the best-selling ‘StreetWise Philippines’ range of self-help books for expats, in addition to ghostwriting over two dozen eBooks, producing 16 training videos and other instructional materials. He is proud to publish the writing of the other gifted authors who share this spotlight. He is married with five daughters. Perry holds a Master of Arts in Writing from Swinburne University and is a full time writer, publisher and lecturer.
