Bernard Poulin is an international portrait and commissioned exhibition painter. The prominent figures he has rendered come from the political, religious, sport and royal arenas of the world. His patron commissioned exhibitions (the painter is paid in advance to create an exhibition) have included subjects such as Paris, the Côte d'Azur, Tuscany, Bermuda and Venice. Poulin sculpts in bronze and is also a three-dimensional muralist with several institutional mixed-media projects to his credit. An author of 11 books he has participated in the creation of more than 20 others which are dedicated to drawing. An avid student of the creative process, Bernard Poulin has guest lectured at colleges and universities and spent the past several decades researching both art-studio and other world environments.
