For close to 40 years, Dr. Quiñones-Rosado has been committed to personal development and social change. His work focuses on fostering a new kind of consciousness and a new kind of leadership: one that integrates personal self-development, social healing and cultural transformation.
Raúl is founder and co-director of c-Integral, Inc., a social justice leadership development organization. He is founder and former co-director of Ilé: Organizers for Consciousness-in-Action, and is a Core Trainer of The People’s Institute for Survival & Beyond’s Undoing Racism workshop.
