Cicely is a seasoned Youth Advocate catering to youth and young adults 13-24 (Gen Z) and is a Behavior Therapist, Life Coach for Youth, National Pageant Director, Counselor, Motivational Speaker, Certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner (NLP) - Brain Trainer with an emphasis on Behavior Therapy. She is the founder and CEO of Angelic Rainbow Enterprises, a youth services empire which houses 4 subsidiaries (Sandalphon's Heart and Home an orphanage, Rainbow Universe Pageants & Youth Services an inner beauty pageant system with personal development services, THINK Higher Spirit Academy an academically higher level thinking High School, Angelic Rainbow Center 4 Youth Excellence a community center for youth to explore their goals and enjoy recreation), all created to motivate youth to Her passion is rehabilitating troubled youth and guiding them to excellence.
