Hello I am the writer of the cooking/craft blog Storybook Woods. My books are continuation of my blog. I write about making the most of what you have, find the joy around you and embracing everyday things. I bake with whole grains, cook with pure ingredients, knitting, gardening, old children’s books, herbs, throwing lots of tea parties and glitter what I can.

I have two daughters, 15 and 20, a sweet hubby and we live in a charming 100 year old cottage in the woods with arched front door and arched windows. My idea of heaven is on a cool fall day, after a nice walk, to snuggle up next to the woodstove, knit, drink a cup of lavender/rosemary tea and a piece of something yummy, maybe some chocolate too.
Sounds a bit like a fairytale?? Well most days it is!!
