Rice Fields

Welcome to the sleepy town of Hawkins in rural south Texas, surrounded by lush green rice fields. Jackson Davis is a long time resident, but the town no longer has any appeal to him. He has no direction to his life and difficulty making commitments; until he finds his best friend Danny Grant brutally murdered near his own rice fields land. While the residents are convinced of the guilt of his murdered friend and relieved to be rid of the town bully, Jackson passionately believes in his friend's innocence.
