Two businessmen have gained great power and wealth with the control of several corporations and their outstanding legal cases. Yet, the wiliness, the double-dealing, the duplicity, and subterfuge had all taken their toll. Mr. Woods is now ready to give it all away. But, his partner, Glen Julsonnet, takes exception, and strange things begin to occur.
