A Path to More Leveraged Thinking

The TORO leveragedthinking tool is at the core of 50 such tools that help individuals and groups get more leverage from their thinking during a variety of situations: coaching subordinates or peers, solving problems, reaching goals, designing processes and software, and so on. This booklet introduces the TORO tool and presents some of its modes or applications. This is the first of a series.
